By using our services, tools and features you agree to these terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Klarwerk Pro. You may use our services only if you accept them in full.
If you don't agree, please stop using our services and close your account. Read these terms completely before opening an account. We may change, add or remove any part of them at any time.
Where we can't offer services
We serve clients in many countries and follow the laws of each one. Where local law restricts brokerage services, we cannot accept clients. Anyone in a restricted region who accesses our services, including through a VPN, does so at their own responsibility.

Content on our website, whether written, visual or audio, is provided for general information only. In some countries we may need to remove certain information to comply with local law.
Not financial advice
Nothing on our website is investment or financial advice. Anyone who treats it as advice does so at their own responsibility.
Intellectual property
All resources, tools and features we provide belong to Klarwerk Pro and are protected by copyright. They may not be used, sold, rented or sublicensed without our permission, and unauthorised use may lead to legal action and claims for damages.
Third-party services
Some of our services rely on third-party partners. You use third-party resources at your own risk, and we are not responsible for loss, theft or fraud that occurs while using them.
No guarantees
Subject to applicable law, we cannot guarantee profits or compensate you for trading losses.

Your responsibility
Each party, including Klarwerk Pro and each client, is responsible for its own actions.
Account security
If you lose your login details, we can help you recover access and set a new password. Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility.
Trading risk
No trading is risk-free, including CFD trading. Our tools and guidance can help you manage risk, but they cannot remove it.
Use of your account
Our services are for registered clients only. You may not let anyone else, including agents, friends or family, use your account or our services.
